Zexal has been turned on it's head.

Nineteen year old Faker Tenjo, son of Kaito Tenjo, works tirelessly to try find a way to cure his dad from a life-threatening illness that took his uncle Haruto (Kaito's older brother) away when he was young. As a result, he's teamed up with his best friend, Bryon Arclight (Son of Christopher Arclight, the youngest of three) and Kazuma Tsukumo (Son of Yuma Tsukumo) to try pursue the Numbers, which ALL are in ruins all over the world.

Bryon is along for the ride, Kazuma is trying to collect the Numbers to restore the memory of his Astral World partner, Eliphas. Of course, there's Mirai Tsukumo (Akari's daughter and Kazuma's cousin) but Faker tries to ignore her since she steals Numbers off them. Between her and the group of boys, it's a race to who can collect all the Numbers first.

Of course they have to avoid, Black Mist, the god of the barian world, and Don Thousand, Eliphas' 96, and the seven Barian lords: Ponta, Makha, Jinlong, Leandro (Alit's Prince), Phirius (Vector's father), Abyss and Iris.

Side note: Droite and Gauche share the role of Mr. Heartland (Kaito works for them) and they wear their wrestling outfits. Faker thinks Droite and Gauche are weird but respectable...
